The Role:
Dental Assistant Duties:
- Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures.
- Prepare patients and treatment areas for optimal care.
- Maintain our standards for health, safety, and infection control.
- Advise patients on post-treatment oral care, ensuring a smooth recovery.
- Utilize cutting-edge dental technology for X-rays and impressions.
- Oversee dental supplies and inventory management.
- Maintain detailed patient records, tracking treatments and medical history.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies.
Patient Coordinator Duties:
- Engage warmly with patients, addressing questions both in-person and on the phone.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Coordinate closely with the dental team to facilitate optimal patient care.
- Provide detailed treatment estimates to patients, handle payments, and discuss financing options.
- Oversee administrative tasks including data entry, payment processing, and insurance-related tasks.
