Position: Front Office Patient Concierge

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

About Us:
We are a well-established family-owned dental practice located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With a rich history spanning generations, our practice is currently led by a father-daughter duo of practicing dentists. Continuing the legacy of our grandfather and great-grandfather, who were also dentists in the area, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients. Our practice operates Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, embodying a concierge/boutique style approach to dentistry.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Patient Concierge. In this role, you will be the face of our practice, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly demeanor
• Managing appointment schedules and coordinating with dental staff
• Handling patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
• Verifying insurance information and processing payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized front office environment
• Collaborating with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
