SalaryGeneral dentistry practice is looking for a temporary receptionist to fill in for Medical Leave 4-8 weeks begining end of March, to assist with our front desk and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and must always treat them respectfully. Our Receptionist’s duties include having a positive, can do attitude. You will welcome patients and greet people who visit the practice. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls. Multitasking is essential to this position as well as experience with Eaglesoft and dental insurances.
Responsibilities

- Correspondence with dental insurance companies and billing
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
