Dental Office Receptionist

Primary job duties include: Skillfully handle phone calls,Accurately verify dental insurances, Presentation of treatment plan, Acurately estimate insurance payments .Presenting financial options, manage patient's account receivables, Follow up with unscheduled treatment plans. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the practice management software. Handle patient objections by clarifying information, emphasizing benefits, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Build systems and protocols for excellent patient experience for new and existing patients. Work with the team to increase the practice’s efficiency, sales opportunities and maximize revenue. Manage office to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retain business.Help manage office’s social media presence.

• The potential candidate must have a positive attitude, be hard working, courteous, professional, friendly, humble and also be willing to learn and take specific directions. Reliable, team player , resides within 30-minutes and service oriented is a must, and the candidate must demonstrate the willingness to learn the systems in place in our office.

Full time is 5 days a week including some Saturdays per month. Compensation will be based on previous dental field experiences. Comparative pay and benefits.
