SalaryWe are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting patients, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and performing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a friendly demeanor. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping to create a positive dental experience for our patients.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
