Office hours: M- 7:30 AM-5 PM, Tues-7:30 AM-5 PM, Wed 7:30 AM-5PM, Thurs 6:30 AM-2 PM
Duties:
- Answer patient phone calls
- Greet patients and complete check-in process
-Ensure health history is updated
- Confirm appointments/schedule appointments
-Insurance verification
- Manage day to day schedules
- Ensure efficient communication with patients
- Perform clerical tasks
Experience:
- Experience in dental is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work effectively
- Experience in administrative tasks
This Front Office Coordinator position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
