Dental Front Office

Oshkosh Smiles is looking for a customer service driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team. We are a locally owned private practice whose goal is to deliver the highest patient-centered family care. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and is detail oriented. Previous dental experience is preferred but not mandatory. Position is part-time with flexibility in hours.

Core Responsibilities:

· Greet patients as they enter clinic

· Act as patient advocate

· Collect copayments and past due balances at time of service

· Answer phone and triage calls in a professional manner

· Verify patient information

· Help patients navigate required forms

Required Skills:

· One year previous dental experience (preferred but not required)

· Experience with Eaglesoft Software

· Demonstrate ability to schedule patients efficiently

· Understand basic dental terminology

· Strong customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
