- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Schedule patients
-take patient calls
-call to remind patients of appointments
-submit insurance claims
-asking for payments from patients
-ordering supplies
-inventorying supplies
-some dental assisting required- making impressions, taking xrays, chair-side assisting, cleaning operatories, sterilizing instruments, setting up rooms and breaking down rooms.
-sending out recall cards and billing statements
-watering plants, washing any dishes used, and general cleaning duties.

- Will train the right person.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail, including proofreading skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.48 - $22.26 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 39 per week
