The ideal candidate is a team player, experienced in appointment scheduling and billing, and possesses excellent phone etiquette along with a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and handling billing
- Answering phone calls and providing top-tier customer service
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Reappointing patients and comfortable with collections
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, upbeat demeanor to warmly welcome our patients
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Punctuality and reliability
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in dentistry -However willing to train the right person.
- Proficiency with EagleSoft software is a plus
