As the Front Office Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring efficient patient service and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Dental office experience required.
```Duties```
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure appointments are properly coordinated
- Greet and check-in patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth workflow
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Proficiency in dental office management systems such as Eaglesoft preferred but willing to train
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling systems and phone systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
