Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients
- Answering calls
- Checking office email and text messages
- Scheduling patients
- Verifying dental insurance
- Completing walkouts
- Collecting payments
- Sending dental claims via internet and mail
- Posting insurance payments
- Creating & presenting treatment plans
- Aging AR accounts
- Calling on and sending out AR statements
- Order supplies
- Maintaining Front Office waiting room
- Turning on reception and consult computers and tv's
- Attending team huddles
- Preparing dental insurance wrtie ups and appeals
- Other assisgned tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft software
- Excell at customer care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dental Insurance knowledge and understaning of PPO's
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
