Front Desk Agent
Mon, Tues, Thurs - 8-6

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Register new patients and update existing patient information
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and dental receptionist procedures
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
- Experience working in a Dental Office
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems preferrably Eaglesoft
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Familiar with insurance billing as well as insurance benefit presentation
- Treatment plan presentation

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
