```Duties:```
- Provide mentoring and support to youth in a residential setting
- Implement and facilitate social work and behavioral health interventions
- Assist with conflict management and resolution among youth
- Supervise and ensure the safety of youth in all activities
- Provide childcare and support with daily living tasks
- Educate and guide youth on life skills, decision-making, and goal-setting
```Qualifications:```
- Experience working with children, preferably in a child welfare or special education setting
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and deescalate challenging situations
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with youth
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
