SalaryDental House, a privately owned dental practice in the Waterford rea is seeking a reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our awesome team. The right candidate will be out going, willing to learn, and be able to provide outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. Dental Experience is Preferred. Spanish speaking and Dentrix software experience is a plus! Pay is based on experience. Those with prior dental experience will be given immediate consideration for an interview. This position is available right now!
Front Desk responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- updating health history
- collecting and posting payments
- answering extra phone calls sent from the call center
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and attaching paper documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
