Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with other Front Desk duties as assigned
-Must have experience with Child PXs, X-rays, sealants
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a dental receptionist or Front Desk Receptionist minimum 3 years is required
- Knowledge of Dental scheduling systems, such as Eaglesoft
-Must be Fluent in Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing patient records accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
