Dental Front Desk Receptionist

*Spanish is required* *Dental Office experience is required*

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information, and treatment coordinating.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in medical receptionist duties, including patient service and medical scheduling
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient privacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
