Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Our dental office is an ever-growing & fun dental office in the Georgetown and Temple that aims to improve the smile of every dental patient we see. Our goal is to become the best dental office in town and it starts with our wonderful talents.

Hours are

· Monday- Thursday: 7:30am-3:00pm

· Friday: 9:30am-5:00pm

· 3 days in Georgetown, 1-2 days in Temple.

We love our dental patients and we want someone with a lot of insurance knowledge. We accepts all PPO, Medicare and Medicaid. We work with an outsourcing company and you just need to pick up some left over work with them Our perfect candidate will need to be awesome on the phone and provide the best customer care to each and every one of them. We want that "right person" to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are looking for candidates who think long term and are committed, responsible, organized, and punctual with the daily tasks.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

· Answering incoming calls and walk patient out.

· Work with outsourcing company in term of insurance verification, billing and phone.

· Project coordination and management

· Organizing and tracking receipts

· Document creation and organization

· Checking in patients

· Scheduling patients

· Running errands for the office

· And other general administrative tasks

Requirements:

· At least 1 year of experience in Open Dental

· 5 years experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

· Must be incredibly comfortable with internet research.

· Must have exceptional organizational skills

· Professional and efficient communication skills
