Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Dental office Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk, you will be responsible for all Front Desk operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental office. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing the reception area, scheduling appointments;

• Previous Dental office experience is preferred
• Proficient in insurance, claims, appeals
• professional phone etiquette
• Teamwork
• Strong Multi tasking abilities in a fast -paced environment
• Proficiency in OPENDENTAL is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities;

• Basic front office: Check in/out patients, Import data, process payment, verify dental benefits, Schedule appointment
• Treatment planning and presentation
• Send claims, Aging
• Send bills to patients
• Enter patient data
• Meet deadlines and Monthly goals
• Resolve patient issues and concerns

Working days and hours:

Mon, Tues, Thur,Friday :8-5

One Saturday of the month: 8-2

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
