SalaryButtercup Dental is looking to hire a professional, upbeat, dependable individual to join our Front Desk team. We are a well-established, fee-for-service dental practice with four of the best dentists and dental hygienists in Cedar Park! Our Front Desk staff is the first and last point of contact with our patients, so we are looking for an individual who loves interacting with patients, who is able to resolve patient concerns with respect, and can clearly explain financials with patients. This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients, verifying insurance, answering phones, scheduling appointments, presenting treatment plans, collecting copays, and general clerical work.
Skills
- Work experience as a Dental Front Office REQUIRED
- Dentrix knowledge preferred
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- High school degree
