SalaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk professional. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations within the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner• Manage patient intake and registration processes• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow• Assist with administrative tasks as needed• Experience with dental insurance is beneficial
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum of 2 years experience in a dental office setting • Proficiency in dental software Dentrix preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Professional demeanor and positive attitude• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
