Dental Financial Coordinator

Our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical practice is looking for a Insurance/Financial Coordinator to join our amazing and growing team! The ideal candidate should have work experience in a dental office, and be efficient in treatment planning and working with Dental Insurance.

Schedule: Full Time (35 to 40 hours a week)

• Monday to Thursday: 8AM - 5PM
• Fridays: 7AM - 2PM

Compensation:

• $24-30 per hour

Dental Front Office Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial/Fee Presentation: Prepare, present and review treatment plan/pre-pay estimates with patients and collect payment due for services per office protocols.
• Verify insurance benefits for all patients.
• Process electronic and paper insurance claims and generate statements daily.
• Process all insurance EOB’s and requests for additional information.
• Follow up on all unpaid insurance claims.
• Manage aged receivables on a weekly and monthly basis.
