We work directly with business owners around the country to support their processing needs, providing contactless payments, online payments, and chip & pin support at the storefront. Customer Service and Support is a point of pride for our staff, and we show it.
We are currently hiring for Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, a Full Time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will work directly with the company leadership team to craft our social media and online footprint, a vital aspect of our growth and future movement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Company Social Media accounts (Facebook & Instagram)
- Craft social media posts and campaigns to promote our online presence
- Update and enhance the Company website
- Design marketing programs to reach new clientele
- Publish articles regarding Industry-Specific announcements
- Work with the Sales teams to craft sales slicks and promotional items
- Research and launch new industry-specific products
Interested Applications should be:
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Friendly and outgoing
- Confident answering and communicating via phone
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Products and Adobe
Requirements to apply:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Social Media Management
- Website Design knowledge and experience
- Completion of all tests requested at submission
Experience in the merchant services industry is not required, we will provide education and training for any industry-specific impacts to the the position.
