Title:Demand Generation Manager

Location: US (Remote)  

Reporting To: Vice President of Marketing

About the Role 

The primary purpose of the Demand Generation Manager is to develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads that convert to pipeline and revenue for Vivi at a global level. While this role is specifically responsible for executing Demand Generation programs for the North America market, the role also provides support to regionally located marketing managers in Australia and the United Kingdom. The Demand Generation Manager will work closely with the rest of the marketing team as well as work in lockstep with their Sales colleagues (SDRs and Account Executives). They will use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.   

This is a hands-on role where you'll need to know what to do, how to do it, and follow through. 

  • Develop and implement Demand Generation strategies and campaigns to drive top of funnel pipeline and conversions for the Vivi product in the NAM K-12 market, leveraging a diversified mix of multi-channel marketing programs and content that align to our K-12 ICPs, including but not limited to webinars, social media outreach, industry and professional organizations or publications, partner co-marketing, email, direct mail, nurture, ABM, etc. 
  • Tailor tentpole Demand Generation campaigns to create personalized touchpoints for specific personas, creating and capturing demand. Create engaging copy for emails, landing pages, digital ads, etc. 
  • Work with marketing colleagues (Events, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing) to create infographics, guides, blog posts, and emails that resonate with K-12 technology buyers and end users. 
  • Hands-on execution of campaign tactics using marketing automation, including email, nurturing and other demand driven campaigns (HubSpot) to achieve MQL, pipeline and growth targets. 
  • Partner with SDR and AE Teams to provide campaign enablement, ICP and account selection guidance to generate and nurture leads at the top of the funnel; work collaboratively to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions. 
  • Use data and analytics to measure, improve, and report on the performance of Demand Generation efforts. 
  • Monitor industry trends and stay current with industry best practices for nurture cadences, landing pages, email, and display advertising mediums. Provide training and support to team members on Demand Generation best practices and tools. 
  • Measure and report on the success of Demand Generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline, and revenue to better understand and optimize ROI of marketing spend. Work with Sales Ops to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing systems to better qualify leads (including optimizing lead scoring). 

About You 

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B tech industry marketing experience, at least 3 of which should be specific to Demand Generation. Ideal experience would include SaaS offerings targeted to prospects in K-12 education. 
  • Proficient in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot). 
  • Experience with lead scoring and optimization. 
  • Experience with execution of paid and owned channels. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4). 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
