What You'll Be Doing
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate IncrediBuild value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Follow-up via phone and emails on inbound leads and meetings booked, creating and nurturing a healthy pipeline and generating sales opportunities.
- Closing large contractual deals and generating revenue, in other words, crushing your quota
- Identify prospects’ key questions, needs, and pain points and translate them for the marketing team to inform content creation.
- Assisting in developing initiatives that focus on long-term plans to increase opportunities and revenue
Requirements:
What you’ll need
- Min 5 years of professional sales experience
- Experience in Enterprise sales
- Technical knowledge or background in software - A MUST
- Reactivity, positivity, and hunger for success
- Strong communication skills
Important to have:
- Strong phone presence
- Experience in customer-facing
- Fluent in English – must
- Experience working in a fast-growing B2B setting
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Attention to detail with strong listening capabilities, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Compensation Range: $120,000-$150,000 base salary (+ benefits, including generous 401K, unlimited PTO, generous medical coverage, life insurance, commute expenses, food allowance). In addition to the base salary, this role includes the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation and/or a discretionary bonus, in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
