Overview of the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Demand Generation Manager to join WorkTango’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive Demand Generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and demand. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to create and implement integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads and contribute to the company's growth and passion to improve (work) lives.


The awesome stuff you’ll do in this role:

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to craft and optimize a Demand Generation strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Create and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to deliver personalized experiences for priority accounts and contacts

  • Day-to-day operational execution of integrated marketing campaign strategies and programs to accelerate pipeline, win rate, and deal value, by leveraging SEM, social media, email marketing, events/webinars, website chat, and lead nurturing to generate quality prospects in our ICP

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing programs and prospect nurture streams

  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to improve campaign and program performance

  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline development, conversion rates, and ROI, and use those learnings for continual optimization

  • Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization, sales, and other teams

  • Manage 3rd-party agencies and vendors as required


What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on a quick-paced, dynamic startup marketing team

  • An analytical, data-driven approach to measure the impact of marketing activities on sales activities and pipeline

  • Must have experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

  • Preferred experience with HubSpot Sales and Operations Hubs, 6sense, UserGems, and Monday.com / Asana

  • Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and “all things digital”

  • Understanding of Demand Generation channels and how best to apply a multi-channel campaign strategy, including but not limited to ABM, SEM, social media, email marketing, events/webinars, and website chat

  • Experience with lead scoring & nurture programs to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle

  • Understanding of the B2B lead funnel, from lead > MQL > SQL> close

  • Highly organized, self-starter

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers

  • Growth mindset and a passion to learn

  • Ability to travel to support in-person events as needed (limited, less than 10%)

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on communications, marketing, and business or equivalent experience
