Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On Call Rotation: Once a Month
General Summary:
Under general supervision:
- Is responsible for the delivery of medication, infusion medications, and/or equipment and supplies in assigned department of Community Care Services: Home Infusion, eHome Health Care, or Pharmacy Advantage.
- May require equipment installation or set up.
EDUCATION:
Requires high school diploma or GED.
QUALIFACTIONS:
- Requires valid State of Michigan Drivers' License, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Requires the ability to read maps or follow GPS, and locate client homes in the Metropolitan Detroit area.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients.
- Ability to move, lift or carry packages, equipment and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Company vehicle provided in Home Infusion and Pharmacy Advantage.
