AddressGENERAL SUPERVISOR:
Under general supervision the Delivery Technician, is responsible for:
· The delivery of medication, infusion medications, and/or equipment and supplies in assigned department of Community Care Services: Home Infusion, eHome Health Care, or Pharmacy Advantage.
· May require equipment installation or set up.
· Maintains positive relations with clients and patients and assists with satisfaction surveys as needed.
EDUCATION:
· Requires high school diploma or GED.
LICENSE:
· Requires valid State of Michigan Drivers' License, and a satisfactory driving record. \
ADDITIONAL SKILL SETS:
· Requires the ability to read maps or follow GPS and locate client homes in the Metropolitan Detroit area.
· Ability to effectively communicate with patients.
· Ability to move, lift or carry packages, equipment and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Company vehicle provided in Home Infusion and Pharmacy Advantage.
- If working in eHome Care, requires own dependable transportation.
