Data Specialist

Grain Craft is a dynamic and growing milling company with 12 mills in 7 states. As the nation’s largest private flour milling company, Grain Craft is growing and has an immediate opening in our Blackfoot, ID Mill for a part-time Data Specialist.

Job Summary:

The Data Specialist is an entry level position suitable for individuals in a career in customer service and logistics. Individuals will be required to learn all aspects of our purchase order and billing systems, scheduling of freight, communicate daily chanllenges and problem solving.

This position will be expected to participate in monthly plant meetings, audits, as well as numerous administrative duties. This is a developmental position to prepare individuals for future opportunities within Grain Craft in the customer service field.

TASKS - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for processing incoming orders for Railcars, Bulk Trucks, Bag Trucks and Millfeed.
• Facilitate pricing for orders
• Monitor pending orders for timeliness and accuracy.
• Scheduling of outbound trucks and railcars.
• Serve as back-up to other Data Specialist positions
• Invoicing all orders timely and accurately.
• Participate in continued education and training, both internal and external.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum typing speed of 60 words a minute
• Multitasking
• 10-key familiarity
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
