Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our computerized systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Transcribe information from paper documents into electronic format
- File and organize documents as needed
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Assist with order entry and processing as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic clerical procedures
- Knowledge of databases and data entry processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Accounting experience a BIG PLUS

Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
