Job Summary:
Reporting into a Senior Manager, Client Connect, this role will be responsible for delivering client responses within the Media + Entertainment category, collaborating with team members, peers and partners across sales and solutions teams to create custom innovative client-first ideas, proposals, and innovative PowerPoint presentations that deliver against the goals and objectives of the advertising partners.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Own tracking of incoming RFPs, outgoing output and sold details
Collaborate with a variety of internal/external partners, contributing to the development of market leading ad sales opportunities and sponsorship programs that drive client KPIs
Work with campaign management teams to ensure smooth transition from pre- to post-sale
Respond to sales requests and develop custom client RFP proposals and presentations
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
3+ years of experience in media marketing and/or promotions with proven track record in ad sales marketing, media planning, and sponsorships
Expert in PowerPoint; skilled in Excel and Google Docs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic and creative idea development skills and obsessive attention to detail
Proactive with the ability to multitask and balance a demanding workload
Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated
Bachelor’s degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $84,500 - $113,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
