We are seeking a Bilingual admin to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Re Write and edit documents from technicians to reports and our calibration software instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Qualifications
- Previous experience or other related field
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish - English (required to have both languages)**
- Administrative Assistants have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
- An Administrative Assistant must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis
- Computer knowledge, Pdf, Microsoft, Excel, Power Point & Basic Software drive to learn
- QuickBooks Desktop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
