Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer system accurately and efficiently
- research product numbers and inventory specifications
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data
- Utilize inventory management software to create sales invoices
- Maintain accurate client invoices and vendor billing information
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Conduct inventory counts and audits to insure accuracy of stock levels
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Data Entry and inventory management preferred
- Previous experience using Quick Books preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Strong skills in using computer systems (MS Office, Excel for data management)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
