Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter and maintain data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to work with databases and office software.
Duties:
- Enter data into various databases and systems
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Perform regular data maintenance tasks, such as updating records
- Assist with sale entry and other clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow established procedures for Data Entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Data Entry or a related administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with databases and ability to navigate through different systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
