Our office is centrally located in Newark, NJ and we are one of the leading plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Tri-State Area since 1999. We provide comprehensive plumbing and HVAC services to commercial and residential clients with existing and new construction projects. With over 200 completed projects in the Tri-State Area, Haddad Plumbing and Heating carries a proud reputation as a leading contractor for many large and well known General Contractors and clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and inputs data in Excel.
- Create Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Reports
- Audits and validates data ensuring consistency in reporting
- Must maintain an organized work space
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Follow up with warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure special materials for projects are ordered and received
- Perform filing, copying and scanning
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned by management
- Write up orders in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
- Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
- Spanish preferred
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Fast typing with experience in Data Entry
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
- Professional behavior and conduct
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are: Monday through Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm
