Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong organizational skills, and is proficient in computer applications.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Sort, organize, and file documents after Data Entry
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal teams
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in Data Entry or administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate Data Entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of computerized systems and software applications
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is a plus
- Familiarity with order entry systems is an advantage

Qualifications: Must have Data Entry experience.

Must be good with evaluating and processing large amounts of data. Must be motivated to meet target dates.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
