Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases accurately and efficiently
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital or paper formats
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of data
- File and organize documents and records
- Provide general clerical support to the office as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Good Workspace, QuickBooks Online
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized Data Entry systems
- Ability to create and work with pivot tables in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for our organization. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be required to work on-site at our office location.
