A leading biotechnology company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the master data in SAP according to F&E document changes, working closely with technical collaborators, and ensuring the timely completion of data changes. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail, and closely follows company procedures in a regulated environment.
Data Entry SpecialistPay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $19-$24/hr
• Worksite: Leading biotechnology company (Oceanside, CA 92056)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment

• Perform Data Entry into SAP (CMMS) System.
• Maintain documentation tracking tools.
• Proactively collaborate with multiple customers on and off-site staff.
• Fulfill any training requirements.
• Verify documentation compliance with company, regulatory, and project standards.
• Provide support to F&E Learning Group and GMP Services as required.

• 3+ years of experience administering computerized programs.
• An Associate's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in computer systems and tools.
• Familiar with Business Process Management, Operational Excellence method.
• High Proficiency in spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms is a plus.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
