Data Entry Specialist

Core Responsibilities Include:

We are looking for an accurate and detailed person to design site plans and input various information for Health Department application as well as set up job folders and files for each job that comes in. Your role is to accurately input various pieces of information after retrieving the information from various places.

* Detailed and accurate input of health department application
* Researching online to retrieve the correct information from various websites and inputting accurate information into internal documents
* Setting up job orders
* Maintaining accurate filing systems
* Photocopying and scanning
* Typing documents and correspondence
* Checking and entering various data
* Updating and maintaining databases

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry Specialists: 3 years (Preferred)
