Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Inputting, updating, and verifying data in our title database
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Conducting quality checks on entered data
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Transcribing and typing data into electronic formats
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in Data Entry or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in basic math and numerical Data Entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Familiarity with Data Entry systems and software (e.g., Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of title insurance industry (preferred but not required)
