As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting various types of information into our database systems. This is a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, and contributes to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
- Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in Data Entry
- Review data for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data by following established procedures
- Maintain Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Scan documents and prepare data for electronic storage
- Assist with data cleansing and data validation activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of Data Entry tasks
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding Data Entry and data management
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Data Entry or a related administrative role is preferred
- Excellent typing and Data Entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer applications and Data Entry software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Basic knowledge of Data Entry procedures and techniques
