Sigma.Inc. is looking for a Hybrid Data Entry Specialist to work onsite at Canton, MA.
This is with Commonwealth of MA and Dept of Public Health. Will be required to work onsite at 5 Randolph Street.
Shift : Monday-Friday; 8:30 am-4:30 pm, 37.5 Hours/Week - Hybrid mode (Maybe 2 days in the office at Canton, MA and 3 days telework/ week, or as needed)

Support the uploading of documents into a database. With training, responsible for accurate use of file naming convention and Data Entry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)
- An Associate's or higher degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration is desired or
One year of related experience is desired - The Office Support Specialist will support the physical office transition from paper to digital filing system.
- Responsible for preparing, organizing and uploading of documents digitally in network shared drive and database.
- Responsible for accurate use of file naming convention and Data Entry.
- Experience performing Data Entry and uploading documents into databases
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat, and virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom
