Key Responsibilities
• Input judgment and real estate records into database systems.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry clerk or similar role.
• Fast typing skills and proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with data record and retrieval systems.
• Basic understanding of databases.
