Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is an integral part of TOATC. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting internal research by ensuring efficient and accurate Data Entry across platforms and projects. As a valued team member, the Data Entry Specialist is expected to contribute their strengths and ideas to the department
Objectives:
- Supports quality assurance and compliance through internal research
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Presents self in a professional manner
Responsibilities:
- Performs Data Entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Runs statistical analyses across software platforms
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the quality assurance and compliance director
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment
Required:
- Excellent and precise Data Entry and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality as outlined in HIPAA and company policies
- Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
- Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
- Multitask, problem-solve, and strong interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a changing work environment, including inside and outside
- Physical demands of the job will include sitting at a desk or table for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in an office environment
- 1+ years in a Data Entry experien
- Pass full background check
- Eligible to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical terminology and billing practices
