OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Data Specialists to join our temporary Data Entry Team at the Center for Workforce Inclusion. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data through meticulous validation processes. This assignment will end on June 30, 2024.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and validate documents to support daily operations.
- Review a variety of detailed documents to ensure their accuracy.
- Train, coach, and support team members on maintaining detailed and accurate documents and documentation.
- Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement data validation protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform routine checks and audits on large datasets.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance data quality.
- Generate reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Software skills – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft power Bi, Word, Excel and Zoom.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data Specialist or in a similar role
- Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in related field.
- Proficient Software skills – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft power Bi, Word, Excel and Zoom.
- Aging and/or workforce knowledge a plus.
POSITION LOGISTICS
- This position is a hybrid role that combines office days with telework/remote days. The hybrid schedule will be based on responsibilities, meetings, and deliverables.
- Candidates must be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
