Invigor Medical is a national wellness clinic that practices medicine through telehealth. We focus on weight management, sexual health and longevity related conditions. We offer treatment plans where we package medications and doctors consultations together into one convenient service. Patients select their desired medication, fill out an online medical form, and consult remotely with one of our doctors. If approved, the prescription is sent to one of our partnered pharmacies who dispenses and ships the medication directly to the patient.
The Position
As intake forms are submitted online our staff review each form to make sure they are completed properly. If not, they contact the patient by both phone or email to correct. Once the forms are completed properly our staff prepare the paperwork for the doctor by completing the proper prescription for the doctor to approve.
Staff may also help fulfill prescriptions sent to the pharmacy by tracking the status of prescriptions being processed. Other duties include processing replacement orders that were damaged during shipping, answering and returning patient calls, answer other order questions, and other order processing related issues.
Who We Want
We are looking for candidates who enjoy to sit in front of a computer and stay focused all day, every day. They need to be reliable, have good attendance, be professional on the phone and type with good grammar. Candidates must be able to work in a quiet environment free from distractions. A medical background is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
