We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for supporting this established history. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be a key part of the team that drives customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be working cross functionally, supporting problem solving activities and identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure we are easy to do business with, one of our key objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into SAP (Company ERP).
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders and communicate with the customer, sales, and production team as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of orders.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, Data Entry or related field.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications including SAP and MS Office.
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
