Closing Data Entry Specialist
The Closing Data Entry Specialist will utilize Adfitech’s proprietary audit spreadsheet to prepare a data package for the Closing/Compliance Department.
What you will do (Responsibilities)
Employees are required to review a previously classified loan package and enter a range of data deemed necessary to the Closing/Compliance and TRID reviews. Employees are expected to maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure time savings in subsequent departments.
Essential Job Functions and Requirements
- Data Entry of Borrower and Loan information
- Ability to quickly recognize and identify a broad spectrum of mortgage related documents.
- Correct indexing errors, as identified.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring (Qualifications)
Required Education & Work Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in clerical or administrative job duties is required with preference given to those with a background in banking, finance, or mortgage services.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Document Recognition
- Strong attention to detail, and precision of Data Entry
- Ability to multitask and navigate several programs and applications.
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality and security policies to protect Non-Public Information
- Physical demands – ability to lift/move boxes of up to 30 pounds.
