The Data Entry Specialist (Paper Processing Division) is responsible for day-to-day job level tasks and ensuring timely response and resolution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining various queues and processes
- Ensuring data is accurate and complete
- Process assigned web jobs
- Accurately input data into internalized system
- Handle sheriff returns and mailings
Skills Needed For This Role
As a Data Entry Specialist (Paper Processing Division), you must have strong attention to detail. Additionally, you need to be able to multitask effectively as tasks might overlap. Must be comfortable with working on repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and are able to work independently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid Driver’s License/State ID
