SalaryLeading Beverage Distribution company in the Grand Prairie, TX area is looking to hire a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Office Clerk who is a responsible and dedicated individual.
In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day activities within a fast-paced distributionoperation with the expectations of prioritizing tasks to meet business demand, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform at your best under tight deadlines.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm (May be working less than 40 hrs. depending on production)
Pay: $17 + (Interview based)
Your responsibilities may include:
- Data entry, Clerical/office tasks like scanning, filing, processing work orders, inbound receipts
- Assisting warehouse personnel/drivers as shipments are being loaded/unloaded.
- Confirming order documentation is accurate - packing lists, BOLs, work orders, receipts/manifests.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse operations, including order picking and stock management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying shipments and maintaining inventory records
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Food handling certification and TABC
Qualifications/Requirements:
- MUST PASS: E-verify, Drug test and Background check
- Flexible to work schedule as needed
- Bilingual: English AND Spanish
- Previous experience utilizing excel for Data Entry, internal reports, formulas, formatting. (at least 1 yr)
- Previous experience working in an office/clerical environment (at least 1 yr)
