Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk will do administrative tasks including using EXCEL, SAP , and other computer programs.

They will assist the Safety Supervisor in ensuring day to day activities run smoothly and that the buses leave in a timely manner

It is beneficial if the person knows mechanical processes and must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilitiesand Duties

• Record and enter information into computer data base.
• Logs in mileage, odometer readings and other information of unit when bus arrives.
• Receives, reviews, and files pre-trips, post trips and other maintenance reports.
• Keep track of bus unit maintenance books, received data and source documents.
• Contact Bus Drivers for missing information or signatures.
• Confirm accuracy of entered data.
• Review and make necessary corrections to information entered.
• Prepare requisition form for repairs orders and generate charges receipts for parts.
• Process and prepares repair orders, charge fuel receipts and various forms.
• Assist in establishing & maintaining effective & efficient record management system.
• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
• Maintains confidential information.
• Prepares “in and out” repairs reports and orders parts.
• Performs clerical duties such as typing, scanning, faxing, answering phones, etc.
• Assistant the Bus Safety Department with projects when needed.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
